Update on the Gaskets-

 The new style service gaskets for all Viking refrigeration products have better ply-ability and reach-ability for improved performance.

The new gasket may be thinner and appear different than the original gasket. It’s a good idea to put the new gasket in warm water for a few moments before installing it as this will help make the gasket more pliable. Also, a hair dryer helps with proper sealing.

NO AIR GAPS SHOULD REMAIN. NOT PROPERLY FORMING AND SEATING THESE GASKETS WILL LEAD TO AMBIENT AIR LEAKS AND EXCESSIVE MOISTURE IN DRAIN PAN.
